I went on-line the first week of March, 2020 and made two address changes. The employees at the Fort Wayne, IN branch screwed up. One of the address changes was for Andrew P. Wagner from 2914 Cambridge Blvd, 46808 to 4656 Craftsbury Circle, Apt A. 46818. The out going door was open with the door locked open and the Christmas card were in the out going box still there were 14 Card some with checks made out to family. I took what was there only 10 cards , so hopefully the mail carrier took the other cards and left the rest. It's the only way the door got lock open.
